*1 A newly admitted student who has had permanent residence in Hyogo for at least one year prior to admission (this also applies if the student’s spouse or first-degree relative have had permanent residence in Hyogo), or a graduate student who was enrolled as an undergraduate student at the University of Hyogo prior to admission to the Master's Program.
*2 The enrollment fee for applicants who are admitted through the special admission screening of international applicants is the same amount with that of resident in Hyogo Prefecture.
