Current state/background

〇 In order to realize the university’s Declaration Concerning SDGs, we aim to share information and strengthen coordination at the university with regards to initiatives for SDGs. The university has also established the University of Hyogo SDGs Promotion Committee Office in order to strengthen external communication of the university’s initiatives, and it is expanding initiatives that allow the entire university to come together and achieve these SDGs.

〇 Structure
　Committee Chair: Vice President Reiko Sakashita
　Vice Committee Chair: Associate Professor Ayako Takahashi (School of Human Science and Environment)
　Committee members: Professors recommended by departments and graduate schools

〇 Duties of the committee
　- Planning, proposal, and execution regarding promotion of SDGs
　- Analysis, assessment, and improvement of the current state of promotion of SDGs
　- Other promotion related to SDGs
