The School of Human Science and Environment is pleased to announce the publication of the SDGs Practical Guide for Students of the School of Human Science and Environment
The SDGs Promotion Office within the School of Human Science and Environment published a leaflet titled “SDGs Practical Guide for Students of the School of Human Science and Environment” this past April. The leaflet contains many concrete tips for putting the SDGs into practice in university life.
We distributed this leaflet to newly enrolled first-year students, and found that many of them have already taken about half of the 16 examples of actions listed in the “Taking Action” category, and we expect that they will take more during their four years at the university.
Taking concrete actions to achieve the SDGs in this way should lead to a deeper understanding of environmental, human rights, and peace issues.
The SDGs Promotion Office of the School of Human Science and Environment plans and supports SDG activities in the School, and also conducts activities related to the United Nations academic impact.
