The Japan Society of Research and Information on Public and Co-operative Economy has taken up the hot topic of “Dealing with Rising Electricity Prices” and the Institute for Policy Analysis and Social Innovation at the University has taken the lead in organizing this symposium. Electricity is traded on the market. The symposium, which also included practical explanations, was designed to provide the most important information about the causes of the electricity price hikes and prescriptions for solving this problem.
With two keynote speakers, one discussant, and four panelists, this symposium was co-sponsored by the Institute for Policy Analysis and Social Innovation and the Institute for Industrial Research, Kwansei Gakuin University.
