In the face of ongoing global challenges such as climate change and the COVID-19 pandemic, attention has also turned to addressing the crisis of biodiversity. From this perspective, the Graduate School of Landscape Design and Management and Awaji Landscape Planning and Horticulture Academy co-organized an open online seminar on Wednesday, December 21, 2022, to discuss the relationship between landscapes and various ecosystem services, with reports mostly covering ecosystem services from researchers in Japan and Korea.
