In particular, at our engineering and science campuses, where experimental waste (including hazardous waste) is generated, we have created our own guidelines and manuals based on the policies outlined in the ‘Hyogo Prefecture Basic Environmental Plan’ and in accordance with the Ministry of the Environment’s ‘Environmental Quality Standards for Water Pollution’ to prevent accidents and address environmental measures."
