Our “life” is supported by proteins produced in the cells that make up our bodies. Proteins can only function when amino acids are connected according to the genetic blueprint, placed in working locations in cells called cell organelles, and formed into three-dimensional shapes. Through the investigation of these mechanisms, we aim to contribute to the investigation of the causes of diseases and the development of treatments for diseases that are related to the formation of proteins.
