This campus is located in Harima Science Garden City, which aims to become an international science and technology city.
Education and research are conducted in an outstanding research environment, including SPring-8, the world's largest synchrotron radiation facility, and SCALA, an X-ray free electron laser facility, located in the city, as well as many world-class structural analysis instruments.
